By purchasing any service from QuickSite Agency, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.
QuickSite Agency provides professional one-page website design and development services for local businesses. Our standard package includes:
All prices are in USD. The one-time website fee of $650 USD is due at the time of purchase. Monthly maintenance of $49 USD/month begins after your website is delivered and is billed automatically via Stripe.
Your website will be delivered within 48 hours after you complete the onboarding form following payment. Delivery time may be extended if required information (logo, business details) is not provided promptly.
The $49/month maintenance subscription includes:
Maintenance does not include full redesigns, additional pages, or new features beyond the original package.
Your website is hosted on QuickSite Agency's servers. You retain full ownership of your business name, domain, and content. However, hosting is contingent on an active maintenance subscription.
If your monthly maintenance subscription is cancelled or payment fails, your website will be taken offline within 7 days. You may reactivate at any time by resuming your subscription.
You may cancel your monthly maintenance subscription at any time with no penalty. Upon cancellation, your website will remain active until the end of the current billing period, then taken offline.
The one-time $650 website fee is non-refundable once work has begun.
If your website is not delivered within 48 hours of completing the onboarding form (excluding weekends and holidays), you are entitled to a full refund of the $650 one-time fee.
Monthly maintenance fees are non-refundable for the current billing period.
You are responsible for providing accurate business information, a usable logo file, and responding to any clarification requests within 24 hours to ensure timely delivery.
QuickSite Agency is not responsible for lost revenue, missed opportunities, or any indirect damages resulting from website downtime, delays, or errors. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
